 THERAPYCORPS - A ONE-DAY INTENSIVE INTRODUCTION

Caylen Sunderman, LMFT, and Lily Dawson, PLMFT, developed the TherapyCorps process to build therapy practices into real businesses. Step by step, you’ll learn the basics of getting new clients, branding, curating an effective web presence, and sustaining your clients. This training will be conducted through Zoom with breaks and activities to prevent Zoom fatigue.

The seminar will review the importance of a succinct website and corresponding social media links. Branding will be discussed as a tool to further communicate yourself to potential clients. Attendees will better understand how to show up online more effectively and how to give therapy without the intrusion of impostor syndrome. The skills learned will be expanded in detail in the TherapyCorps 12-Week Fellowship.

Transform your therapy work into a real money-making business. Learn how to scale your client load and their needs without burning out. As a fellow, you will be equipped to operate more successfully by building a client-driven website, carefully branded social media pages, and personal and spiritual training.

This is a mentor-driven incubator. We accept a small number of practitioners with two leaders (Lily Dawson, PLMFT, and Caylen Sunderman, LMFT). Over a two-month period, the fellows will meet biweekly for 90 minutes. Fellows will connect outside of meetings in an ongoing Facebook group. We are serious about the growth of your business and will offer time for questions and individual attention following each meeting.

Our incubator fellowship includes these five phases:
1. Client Generation Phase: Building your client load effectively
2. Branding Phase: Finding your personal and aesthetic niche
3. Web Presence: Applying branding concepts to your online presence
4. Satisfaction Sustainability: Keeping your clients satisfied
5. Personal Growth: Keeping your self fulfilled
