Sarah is a supervised marriage and family therapist who believes therapy is a space to connect,
heal, and grow. She works with older teens, adults, families, and couples navigating anxiety,
depression, trauma, burnout, identity, and relationship challenges. Her style is warm,
collaborative, and trauma-informed, with humor woven in. Sarah supports clients ready for
change who want help building balance, boundaries, and deeper connection with themselves
and others.


Sarah got her BS in Contemporary Music and spent several years in the remote startup
healthcare tech world before earning her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy. She's a singer in
two local Kansas City bands, loves exploring the city, laughing at puns, and hanging out with her
two cats.
