ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS
about Jill:
Jill is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families who want to feel more connected to themselves and the people they care about. She believes that healing happens in safe and meaningful relationships, and she approaches therapy with steadiness, genuine presence, and a balance of warmth and clear guidance.
Jill’s work is trauma informed and attachment focused. She pays attention to the patterns and protections people have developed over time, and helps clients understand how these patterns once made sense while also exploring what could be possible now. In her work with couples and families, Jill helps each person feel truly heard, while also tending to the relationship itself and the ways it can become a place of safety, honesty, and connection.
She believes therapy is not about fixing what is wrong, but about remembering what is true and creating new experiences of self and relationship that feel grounded, compassionate, and real.
